Frozen Berries – 2 Ways

Hi everyone,

I LOVE berries, but when it comes winter time, the ‘fresh’ ones just don’t cut it. To get my berry fix, I like to either have them in my pancakes or in my tea. Enjoy!

This is my favourite pancake mix! All you need is to add an egg, some milk/water and the berries. It’s just as fluffy as regular pancakes, but a bit healthier. If you don’t like the taste of whole grain though, you probably won’t like it.

I usually fry them up with some butter for extra richness (they’re whole grain so I don’t feel as bad about this!)

Flip once bubbles are starting to stay, and voila! They’ll be golden brown and toasty.

Just add some frozen berries to steaming hot tea (I like green) and it just gives your tea that little extra. The berries will be a bit sour, but that’s okay for me. 🙂
